Master\'s in Polymer Engineering and Technology from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. Completed B.Tech in Plastics and Polymer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute Technology, Aurangabad. Initiated and progressed my career in development of epoxy products as well as customized lab setup. Having 9 years of experience combine in Epoxy and Phenolic resins. In Phenolic hands-on experience in development and synthesis of Resol resin used for – Making FRP Composites for metro trains interior, Abrasive bonding applications such as Scorch Brite, Flap wheels, Grinding wheels. Worked on Cashew Nut shell (CSNL) resin development and solvent based resole resin for Brake lining. Handled formulations of Epoxy for various applications – Adhesive grades formulations by reverse engineering the competitor grade, Composites (Pultrusion, Laminate, Filament Winding, Hand-layup), Electrical insulation grades filled and unfilled for potting and casting, Civil Construction or maintenance grades used for Epoxy flooring and grouting applications. Worked on epoxy and PVC plastisol based adhesive used in Automobile industry. Handled and operated different testing instruments used for resin testing mentioned below “Instruments Proficiency”. Supporting in generation of various literature like TDS / MSDS /Test Procedures. In depth, knowledge on various ASTM / ISO/IEC standards gathered and transformed in designing of various molds (through Auto CAD). Having experience in onsite customer trials for newly develop grade or to customer support for any processing related issues. Hands on experience to scale up the batches from lab level to pilot level and from pilot batch to prediction batch. Gained experience in procurement if various lab instruments, glassware and other consumables. Support to create IMS audit related documentation like HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) & Environment Aspect Impact. Maintaining 5S and safety is major priority in all work aspects.
