Implemented IMDS and MoCS for data collection, analysis and reporting of HAZMAT at Mfg. plants and at supplier end. Trained/ developed 100+ associates on various management systems, auditing, COQ, HAZMAT control, problem solving techniques and various QA/QC tools. Improved Tact Time of assembly process by application of MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique). Implemented G-PACV process to prevent defect outflow.
