Monitoring the following daily activities at factory store, discussing with team to understand the issues facing in these routine activities also taking appropriate actions to resolve the issues. Ensuring the hundred percent adherence of Factory Store SOP’s • RM/PM/CM/EM Material receipt from suppliers. • Material issuance from store to production shop floor as well as another department. • Material receiving from production shop floor to store through MRN. • Raw Material Issuance & receipt of SFG from Job worker. • Handling of Hazard and other scrapped materials. • Handling of supplier’s rejection and dispatching back to respective suppliers. • FG material receipt from production to FG Store after quality clearance. • FG material dispatches to HUB/Branch warehouse as well as direct to trade partners (DS/DL). • Inventory Cycle counting process. Coordinating with factory commercial team & getting arrange the monthly Physical inventory counting at factory as well as job worker locations, reviewing the variance in inventory and getting correct the inventory in system through PID entry after given the valid reason of variances and approval. Making and reviewing the various MIS (Storage location wise inventory valuation/Pending GRN cases/Supplier’s rejection stock status/Inventory aging/open RGP cases/In transit consignments) related to our factory store operation and publishing to management as per schedule or requirement. DWM(daily work meeting )along with all section in charge in presence of UNIT HEAD & discussing on Next day production plan to achieve it hundred percent. Also discussing on all other things/issues to make all operations smooth.
