    At Present working with H&M Project, Earlier I worked with Citi Bank, And New york life Insurance Project. New York life To meet growing business demands, the New York life Insurance technology group started taking an initiative to establish a new technology foundation for the Call center applications. The main goal of this initiative is to better position our group to meet future business growth demands in a more cost effective and more responsive manner by taking advantages of the latest technologies. Responsibilities: • Co-ordination between Onsite and local team members.• Interaction with client on requirement gathering & documentation.• Reporting, Review & Tracking of bugs.• Project Quality Improvement, Process Optimization and Project documentation.• Point of contact for all issues between client and IBM.• Preparing Test Plan, Identifying Test scenarios and preparing detailed Test cases which cover the entire requirement.• Writing database queries to check Data Integrity between the various tables and transactions that occur in different Database schema.• Writing query which helps to validate data form Database. • Involved in Web service Testing, Database Testing, Functional Testing and Regression Testing.• Efficient in detecting defects and tracking them till closure using Quality Center.• Managing the team and transferring the knowledge to the team.Achievements In IBM :• Got an appreciation Mail From Client( Citi )• Got an SEA Award from Marie Guerin Delivery Partner of IBM• Got The best performance Award for Q2 2011
