My responsibilities span delivery governance, strategic planning, and the development of delivery infrastructure, including the establishment of new offices and new logo in the region. I drive cross-functional coordination across resource management, talent acquisition, HR, academic alliances, training and CSR initiatives, while ensuring effective crisis management and operational resilience. My focus is on enabling sustainable growth, delivering excellence, secure operations and the continued expansion of the region’s delivery footprint.Earlier headed Delivery and operations for very large Life Sciences relationships at offshore. Managed P&L of a large segment.Have served as ‘Business Privacy Lead’ for Life Sciences Vertical responsible for ensuring privacy and GDPR compliance across accounts operating from multiple geographies. Worked with Privacy office and DPOs. This was an additional responsibility held for more than 3 years.Have been associated with TCS since 2004 and during this tenure, held experience in managing large development & support team for global ERP programs, Account operations, Resourcing, Sales and Customer Relationship management. Have spent 7 years in USA as a Business Relationship Manager for a major TCS diversified manufacturing customer and have been successful in growing client relationships across North America and other countries.I have successfully set up new accounts portfolio starting from scratch. Have expertise in building, hiring and nurturing the new talent and motivating team to keep on excelling in my unit with lowest attrition. I’ve a very large diverse team across globe. It’s my passion to build and bring right workforce for specific requirements.Excellent exp in operations and execution through right people management especially in this new age of remote working.Have got multiple appreciation from customer and was instrumental in setting up and successfully managing 24*7 services (L1, L2, L3) for global ERP support program over years. Prior to TCS, have worked with HCL Technologies for around 5 years with deputation at client site in France & UK, had hands on Software development experience.
