Urban planning is more than my profession—it\'s my passion. With over seven years of hands-on experience in both consultancy and academia, I’m driven by the vision of building inclusive, livable, and sustainable cities. Currently, at LEA Associates South Asia Pvt. Ltd, I’m proud to contribute to city-shaping projects like Kolkata’s Spatial Development Strategy (World Bank-funded under the Transport Dept, Government of West Bengal) and Gorakhpur’s Urban River Management Plan under NIUA and NMCG. Previously, as an Assistant Professor at NIT Patna, I mentored future planners and dove into research on smart, climate-resilient urban solutions. My strengths include strategy & policy framework, spatial planning, infrastructure planning, KPI based scenario assessments, preparation of masterplans; local area plans; urban mobility solutions, transit-oriented development (TOD), stakeholder engagement, and GIS-based mapping, alongside a commitment to embedding sustainability and circular economy principles into all my work.A Gold Medalist and lifelong learner, I enjoy taking on complex urban challenges and believe deeply in the power of data-driven, collaborative solutions. I’m fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, and always eager to connect with fellow professionals passionate about the future of our cities.
