My role involves ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes while maintaining seamless HR data integrity for hotel employees.Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Middle East employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with regional labour laws.• Handle workforce administration, including employee master data updates, and HRIS maintenance.• Maintain and validate employee attendance, leave management, and shift records for accurate payroll inputs.• Process final settlements, gratuity calculations, EOSB (End of Service Benefits), and exit formalities as per Middle East regulations.• Manage benefits administration, including leave balances, allowances, and hotel-specific employee perks.• Reconcile salary changes, promotions, transfers, and deductions to ensure updated payroll accuracy.• Perform data audits, salary variance checks, and exception management before final salary release.• Assist with HR reporting, payroll dashboards, and compliance documentation for internal teams and client audits.• Work closely with client HR, finance, and operations teams to resolve employee queries and ensure high service delivery.• Support process excellence initiatives, standardization, and automation to improve payroll efficiency.Tools & HR Systems Used• Workday HCM – HRIS, employee data updates, benefits, time off• AWS – File management, payroll input storage• Sky Bayan – Middle East attendance & HR operations tool• Pass Portal – Employee data & document verification• BirchStreet – Expense management & hotel HR operations
