I am currently working in SOMICZF COMPONENT PVT LTD GURGOAN HARYANA in Industrial Engineering department and having 8+years of experience and handling new development in machine application using PLC/HMI and servo Drive’s, VFD renowned brand Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens.• Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.• Understand customer requirements, design projects, program and deploy PLCs, and conduct testing• Conduct machine trials, prepare tooled up samples, conduct process qualification and process capability studies• During RFQ stage, study concept drawing and BOM given by R&D and review RFQ for Qty and milestone dates• Prepare Make or Buy Sheet and prepare Preliminary manufacturing feasibility document for in-house processes.• Prepare in-house manufacturing planning sheet for investment required along with Process costing input sheet and Capex approval sheet• Expertise in space optimization and related improvement• Familiar in cycle time, Takt time, process observations and production capacity working and deployment.• Preparation of un utilized assets list with plant maintenance team and approval from CFT & management to dispose the same.• Existing Line shifting, Re installation & commissioning in plant• Study Development product drawings” as released by R&D and prepare process flow, critical product characteristics list and propose which mfg. cell to use and basic line design and get it reviewed by plant ME Head
