I am a Packaging Expert with a M.Tech degree in Paper Science and Engineering from IIT Roorkee, boasting over 3 years of industry experience in Procurement and Packaging Design & Development. My passion lies in driving organizational success through innovation and continuous improvement.At Trident Group, I excel as a Procurement Specialist, managing end-to-end procurement processes for packaging materials. This includes handling costing, negotiation, vendor selection, and purchase order issuance. I have successfully overseen monthly purchases totaling 4 Cr from approximately 40 vendors, forging long-term partnerships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Previously, I led new product development projects as a Packaging Development Engineer at Ficus Pax, collaborating with industry leaders in the Automobile, Engineering, Home Appliance, and Medical Equipment sectors.
