Mid plane Analysis. Gate location suitability run. Moldflow window run to selecting injection time and other process conditions. Mold cycle time optimisation. Mesh correction, mesh capture and optimisation. To setting up boundary conditions for moldflow process. Minitab (Statistical used for iteration moldflow Results) Warpage sink mark optimization. DOE report. Correlation report of sample (actual part ) with Moldflow results. Flow leader and Flow deflector to optimise results of warpage, clamp force etc. Weldline shifting from aesthetic area using valve sequencing, gate location change or with thickness variation. Interpreting Flatness roundness of critical edge and optimising it with process setting and changes with shape change.
