   Imparts Management System Training, project induction training at start and from time to time in the project if required• Develops quality-related project procedures per contract requirements• Compiles and issues monthly report on Quality• Raises actions (corrective / preventive, improvements) on the Assurance system suitably Monitors and follows up for timely close-out of identified actions• Ensures that project quality documentation and risk register is developed and maintained• Coordinates action requests with project management for quality related issues• Establishes Quality KPIs in discussion with the Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager and regularly collates data for tracking & analysis of project KPIs• Reports quality outcomes with location’s Assurance Manager and agrees upon improvement initiatives in case desired outcomes are not achieved.• Ensures lessons learnt are captured on time, collated, and maintained at a central location and shared within the project team in order prevent its recurrence• Facilitates investigation of quality incidents and near misses to eliminate the root cause and prevent its recurrence• Engages with the PM regularly about action requirement from the Customer Expectation & Feedback surveys
