Understanding Candidates & Employee\'s side of story and helping the Organization for making their employees happy is my Major work goals.I work as an HR Executive and work Hybrid on Recruitment and Operations for past 5 years and have an experience on Non-IT recruitments & HR operations, Documentations, Joining Process & exit clearance. Expertized on Talent Acquisition, Induction, Onboarding, Training, Vendor Management, Compensation and benefits, Attrition Management, Auditing and Operations. Bad hires costs businesses a lot of money. They’re also a big stumbling block in terms of achieving business goals. My job involves making sure businesses avoid bad hires. I help companies solve their recruitment problems by finding high-quality talent to help them realize their objectives.Apart from my Job hours I like my day when it starts with trading, still an amateur in it but learning new things give me a different adrenaline rush in life. On weekends, I like to participate and be an audience in Trading tutorial sessions too. Other than Work & Trade in stock market, I have strong interest towards Indian History and revisiting those places where I get a proud feeling of being an Indian. Citadels like Vijaydurga fort, Shivneri fort, Sinhgad fort, Durghadi fort, Colaba fort and my dream one where I want to go from a very longtime is Raigad fort a Place rich of warrior stories and history. Also have visited a Chronicle state - Andaman & Nicobar. Riding on my bike and travelling this places is cherry on top for me always.I have a strong obsession on Car and Bike Machinery and keep watching such videos on YouTube, a keen interest in Political parties with youth involvement that can make our India grow as a better country and Binge watch latest Web series that captivate my interest.
