   Based on my credible exposure I diligently lead an onsite immigration mobility team of 31 subordinates and 35 subordinates offshore. It’s worth mentioning that I spearhead immigration programs by reviewing internal/external processes to ensure efficiency and fluidity. Moreover, I manage all facets of immigration including non-immigrant work visa processing, business visa travel, immigrant visa filings, vendor management, visa compliance, and communication with employees. One of my major contributions is that I direct work authorization of expatriate employees to ensure optimal operational workflow. By utilizing my strong interpersonal skills, I actively coordinate with DOL wage & hour division audit/ICE I-9 audit.Key Achievements: • Controlled visa budget and an average global case volume of 26K+ applications for a 31K strong expat/local workforce. • Acted as a strategic adviser for the Visa Program including conceptualizing based on contextual knowledge. • Processed high volumes of H-1B & L1 petitions, as well as TN & J1 applications. • Led visa extensions, cancellations, transfers, motions to reopen denied cases, and (RFEs).• Verified the Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I9) & E-Verify for the organization. • Formulated and updated the US immigration-related processes. • Designed and executed electronic I9 system for the organization. • Motivated the HR team to achieve excellence in organizational support and core HR processes. • Conducted regular internal audits of various functions and activities within immigration. • Devised and executed strategies as well as managed end-to-end mobility for expatriate assignments. • Created and implemented policies related to employment laws/HR. • Ensured OSHA compliance, mandatory training for sexual harassment, security awareness, and HSE.
