About Amit Jain

20 yrs of Hospitality experience (6 yrs as General Manager / Hotel Manager) has taught me that curiosity, execution, people management and continuous learning can take you places. Being a chartered accountant, I started as a Finance professional in Hotels but my attitude of asking questions and checking everything at physical execution level got me hooked to operations with people around. After 13 years of finance role and award winning performance, the belief of my leaders and owners in my approach and attitude got me the first break out of finance as a Hotel manager. Now after a long time I built on my strong technical base by taking up a certificate course through eCornell on Hotel Investments and Asset Management. This has given me a new perspective as a leader and confidence of 360 degree ownership for driving Hotel results and developing new avenues of growth in the market. Motto: Growth beyond comfort zone.
