I am a professional with expertise in investments and banking for more than 20 years. I have had the experience of working and setting up businesses in the financial services domain across different locations in India. After post graduation, I begun my career with a distribution setup, Way2Wealth Securities Ltd. as a Business Development Manager and soon got promoted as a Branch Manager of new branch providing broking, investment and insurance products. Experienced in setting up retail business and also developing channel distribution in banking domain for UTI Asset Management Company. Worked as a private banker in individual capacity with HDFC Bank. Worked as Private Wealth Manager with Edelweiss Global Wealth Management managing wealth & business assets of large investors (business promoters, traders, top corporate executives, treasuries & family offices) with investible surplus in excess of INR 25 Crores. Currently, working as a senior banker in a premier boutique private wealth firm, Ambit Global Pvt. Clients (part of Ambit Capital - a well regarded capital markets led firm). My experience in setting up businesses in retail and high-end clientele in a startup, Investmantra Financial Services, provided me a better understanding of the nuances of financial services industry and helped me develop my leadership qualities in managing sales and services teams. My experience of working with HDFC Bank as a private banker helped me understand the various systems, processes and regulations in banking and manage relationships of high end clients of the bank. Some of the positive attributes that I possess are patience, steadfastness, respect for others, discipline and diligence.
