Spearheading entire end-to-end finance functions such as MIS, financial reporting, taxation matters, Budgeting & fund management etc.#Establishing strong MIS and automating reporting system that capture data with accuracy and recommending strategies to management to assist in routine business operation and decision making.#Monitoring inflow and outflow of funds, administering working capital funds, steering measures to ensure optimum utilization of funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives.#Evolving annual budgets and directing variance analysis to evaluate variance between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.#Establishing key business drivers and monitoring the performances against set targets.#Mediating with statutory /internal auditors for timely completions of audits as well as implementation of audit observations.#Establishing and maintaining adequate internal control system, preparing annual and periodic financial results and control the finance.#Spearheading a company-wide cost optimization initiative, reducing operational expenses without impacting performance – Especially Fleet cost & Handling Cost.#ERP Development & integration with Bank and vendor’s software.#Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post.
