Responsible for Configuration / New Installation / Decommissioning of SCCM site servers. Distributing mandatory / on-demand software(s) distribution using SCCM software distribution mechanism. Monthly Microsoft security patches distribution using software update point to test and production environment. Creating dynamic query based collection as per customer requirements for deployments. OSD: Configuring PXE role and client troubleshooting. Generating customized reports in SQL like Software / Hardware Inventories, Advertisements reports etc. Take part in change review meetings with customers. Troubleshooting software deployments. Regularly interacting with other teams for package issues and infrastructure related problems. Resolving level 3 tickets opened by end users / service desk regarding problem faced with SCCM client on systems. Co-coordinating with vendors like Microsoft for escalated issues. Responsible for conducting team weekly meeting and motivating the team. Responsible for developing administrative processes and documenting them thoroughly with a professional look and feel.
