Financial Tracking: Monitor and manage all job-site financials, including expenditure, cash flow, and profitabilityanalysis for each project. Process Optimization: Develop and implement innovative methods to streamline bidding and estimatingprocesses, such as enhancing Excel templates and creating a centralized database for standard materials andequipment. Stakeholder Coordination: Conduct bi-weekly and weekly meetings with clients, owners, and project stakeholdersto review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Business Development: Meet with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities and expand thecompany’s project portfolio. Team Leadership: Hold weekly meetings with the project management team to evaluate project status, resolveoperational issues, and ensure on-time delivery. Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor newly graduated engineers and project managers, providing guidanceon the technical, regulatory, and logistical aspects of New York City construction projects. Bid Review & Quality Control: Review bidding documents prior to submission to verify accuracy, completeness,and compliance with project requirements. Cost Estimation: Collaborate with the construction team to calculate general conditions, overheads, and indirectcosts, ensuring precise and competitive bid proposals.
