I’m in the design reviews, in the war rooms when things break, and in the code when it matters. I believe the best way to earn trust is to show up where the work actually happens — not just in the meetings about it.I’ve built backend payment products that operate at availability — designing for scale, correctness, and resilience from day one, not as an afterthought.I don’t just manage engineers — I grow them. AI is a powerful multiplier, but a multiplier still needs something strong to multiply. My job is to build AI-enabled engineers who bring judgment, context, and ownership to the table — people who use AI as a tool, not a crutch, and who can think clearly when the model gets it wrong.I don’t measure success by features shipped.
