Provide class room and practical training to them onsite. Have designed and developed the training schedule for NM in India and have been trainer over last 3 years. Have conducted 12 batches ( each batch had around 8 to 10 fes) of training at Bangalore facility. Have been guiding fes remotely to diagnose difficult issues through phone and video support, analyzing logs and suggesting parts.
