Technology for Digital supply chain planning & Logistics in order to build Resilient supply chain along with Diversity and Sustainability.7. Listen to Stakeholders having competing interests and work through Cross functional teams to create better solutions. Provide Leadership to accomplish organization goals and commitments. Respond and communicate with all levels, internal and external to the organization, in order to, sustain and enhance Customer experience.9. Statutory compliance to laws and regulations and in depth knowledge of best practices in supply chain and logistics. Work experience. Led the core team of 9 full time, 4 part time managers, 7 Business Process Owners and 29 Key Stakeholders. Defined base line project KPIs, set the YoY targets. Responsible for Transforming the organization towards adoption of APO processes and achieve the KPI targets.
