Leading a team of store personnel and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:1.*Store Operations*: Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.2.*Inventory Management*: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies.3.*Team Management*: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store personnel, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.4.*Logistics Coordination*: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and delivery of goods.5.*Quality and Compliance*: Ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies.6.*Cost Control*: Monitor and control store operating costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
