Prepare & update the APQP timing plan against customer milestones using Microsoft Project. Handle eAPQP for Ford at Ford Portal Prepare all APQP Documents as per customer requirement/AIAG manual. Prepare & Submission of PPAP documents to the customer according to level of submission & reviewing PFD (Process Flow Diagram), PFMEA (Process failure mode & effect analysis) and Control plan periodically. Carrying out Process Capability studies (Cp & Cpk Study) & MSA (Gauge R&R). Prepare DVP & R (Design Verfication Plan & Report) & PVP & R (Product Validation Plan & Report) testing procedure as per Customer Engineering. Conduct tool trial of Rubber injection molding and final part. Successfully implementing ECN / ECR and rectified the tool as per customer requirement. Part Development as per the Timing plan from prototype trial to Final PTR & handing it over to regular production. Prepare the Production Trail Run Report, Run @ rate For Ford & GM specified format. Handling Internal & Customer audit of departments. Working on IMDS and Beon, Online enquiry (RFQ) for VW Customer on their Portal. Working on Customer Portal (Tenneco, Ford, GM, and VW). Upgrade the supplier quality with regular process & product audit at their end. Major OEM Customer Handling – Ford, GM, VW & MSIL & Tier -1 Customer – Tenneco, Gabriel, Rane & NTN.
