As a CFO my role is to handle the entire gamut of Accounting and Finance including strategic Finance and Growth. The company is a start-up in Engineering and Construction industry with a rapid growth through alliance and collaborations and executed work of high repute v.iz Pradhan Mantri Sanghralaya at Teen Murti, Geeta Museum at Kurishetra, Jhansi Library in record time of 90 days. My contribution has been fund raising, investor relationship management and installing sound Accounting system from scratch, P2P ( procure to pay) process set up, Negotiations with vendor, Timely billing and Liaoning with govt departments for collection and frequent site audits.Also involved in team building hiring defining roles and strong control over financial transactions which includes due diligence, contracts validation and profile check. Key Achievements - Successfully taken credit limits from bank without any collateral.Funding from investors with our MD and CEO to the tune of 10 Cr. Investor relationship management and their query handling has been a great learning path.Preparing for IPO under SME very soon.
