Day to day accounting process - Supervise and oversee accounting function of company. • Manage a result oriented team, providing guidance as and when required. Updating them on statutory provisions and mentoring them for overall personality development.• Vendor invoice booking and payments for all locations in India as well as overseas vendors & reconciliation process. •Managing end to end payable process as per policies and procedures set by the company, approval authorization on vendor invoices, employee claims and payments.• Closely work with Sales & operations team at various branches – Preparation of invoices based on sales report and consolidation of same on Quarterly basis.• Profitability & collection validation before remittance•To ensure proper accruals and provisions of expenses are done on monthly basis to report proper profit and loss, control on expenses accounting including accruals/ provisions and deferment of expenses (prepaid ) expenses. Monthly closing of books of accounts•To ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts.•Preparation of monthly profit and loss account and cash flow.•Providing actual results for the month in required format for each location to controlling department, providing actual data for various reports and analysis for variance.
