I am a technical and operational leader with more than 20 years of experience in offshore drilling across Transocean and Valaris. My career has spanned frontline technical roles, rig asset management, regional leadership, and global technical support, with accountability for asset reliability, maintenance delivery, rig startups, reactivations, shipyard scopes, and class and flag compliance.I have worked across Europe, the North Sea, Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia, and the Americas, supporting operations in diverse regulatory, commercial, and cultural environments. Over time, my roles have evolved from hands-on operational and engineering assignments into leadership positions responsible for building support models, developing teams, improving maintenance strategy, and helping rigs return to service safely and efficiently.What has remained consistent throughout my career is a focus on practical execution: supporting offshore teams, solving technical problems, reducing downtime, and helping assets operate safely, reliably, and ready for work.
