Having an overall experience of 13 years in the field of Instrumentation and control, I have closely observed many facets of this industry. From night shifts and commissioning a part of ONGC offshore platform to being a single member consultant to remote locations in Asia Pacific region. Managerial role has also spanned from managing a group of project engineers, to managing a large team of 40 plus members for different product lines coordinating with global technology teams, working as a project manager, program manager, resource manager and delivery manager at different point of time.
