Reporting to the Global Head of Construction. Working along side with the Head of Teams in monitoring and reporting Team revenue and progress against budget as well as in budgeting and business planning processes. Monitoring and reporting Team travel/Entertainment and progress against budget. Implement appropriate cost control on behalf of Team Heads. Providing support to both internal and external audit functions Ensuring the team/division Team complies with all relevant Group policies & Procedures, Laws and Regulations Liaising with all central service functions, including but not limited to; Business Risk, Finance, Facilities/Corporate Real Estate Services, IT for hardware and service desk issues, Learning & Development for training, HR for Joiners, Movers and Leavers. Ensuring recruitment plans are in place to attract new member of staff and managing recruitment processes where required
