About Amit Sinha

I’m a financial markets professional with 20+ years of experience across trading, risk management, and product development in rates, credit, and digital assets. My journey began on HSBC’s interest rate derivatives desk, where I implemented risk solutions and later established the bank’s counterparty trading desk to optimize capital under new regulatory frameworks. I also led algorithmic trading efforts for corporate bonds, building high-speed execution tools for bonds and ETF portfolios.In the digital asset space, I joined Abra as Head of OTC Trading, where I built the desk from the ground up—developing legal, operational, and risk frameworks to support institutional-scale trading.Most recently, I served as CTO & CRO at CLST, a Swiss-regulated fintech, where I built a peer-to-peer institutional lending platform and designed innovative credit and hedging products to enable risk-calibrated yield generation.I’m passionate about building scalable, tech-driven solutions that bridge traditional finance and digital assets—helping organizations grow from early stages to full operational maturity.I hold an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor\'s in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur.
