Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and assist in positioning the product or service effectively against competitors. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management, engineering, and support, to gather technical information, address customer inquiries, and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement. Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing excellent technical support, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions that meet their specific needs. Content Standardization: Closely watching for updates on company and product/service information and keep the standard presentations and proposal templates updated. Writing, Editing, and Proofreading: Write content for internal communications, customer responses, email campaigns, etc. Proofread presentations, proposals, and other documents created by technical team and teammates.
