In 2009, Founded \"Employability Skills Training & Achievement\" with an official endorsement from the City of Los Angeles for their adult programs to 70 of their community facilities. After watching the news about thousands of individuals loosing their jobs, I created Job-Seeker/Job Hunters Workshops as a philanthropy endeavor entitled \"Employability Skills Training and Achievement\". Developed a relationship with the city of Los Angeles, presented the series of workshops for job seeker about techniques to accelerate their job placement. Serve as guest speaker on panels for job seekers and employers for attracting and hiring top talent.
