I’m an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience building reliable, scalable digital products, and the teams that deliver them. My background spans SRE, observability, product development, and AI-driven operations and automation in large cloud environments.I’m drawn to complex, ambiguous problems: fragile systems, recurring incidents, unclear ownership. I work to turn them into platforms and products that are simpler, more reliable, and easier to operate. I focus on outcomes that matter to the business: customer experience and cost management.My current work sits at the intersection of AI and operations. I look for practical ways to use AI to reduce toil, accelerate decision-making, build autonomous systems, and enable engineers to focus on meaningful work instead of busywork.
