ABOUT AMIRREZA ADHAM
I am a Materials Scientist with a strong focus on lithium-ion batteries and electrochemistry, and a solid background in industrial inspection and asset integrity from petrochemical plants.My current work is centered on battery materials R&D, particularly silicon-based anodes, SEI stability, electrolyte additives, and electrochemical characterization (galvanostatic cycling, CV, EIS). I have hands-on experience with cell assembly, glovebox operation, data interpretation, and linking electrochemical results to materials behavior.Before moving fully into battery research, I worked in high-risk industrial environments as a Welding / Technical Inspector and Corrosion Inspector. This included NDT Level II (RT, PT, VT), welding inspection based on WPS, corrosion monitoring, cathodic protection inspections, and participation in real failure analysis cases involving fatigue, SCC, and process-related corrosion.This combination of research and field experience shaped how I approach engineering problems:many failures are not caused by poor materials alone, but by gaps between design assumptions and real operating conditions.I am currently seeking opportunities in Battery R&D, Electrochemistry, Materials Characterization, and hybrid research–industry roles across Europe.Open to technical discussions, collaboration, and research-driven opportunities.
