Led a machine learning project to detect abnormal energy consumption for residential and commercial customers, to trigger actionable energy-saving recommendations- Built interactive Plotly Dash dashboards for real-time consumption monitoring, peer benchmarking, weather-sensitivity analysis, and pricing insights to support data-driven decision-making- Developed a transfer-learning-based disaggregation pipeline: trained global regression models on exogenous daily energy–weather datasets, adapted them to local contexts using domain adaptation techniques, and generated high-resolution daily consumption profiles from monthly billing data- Implemented temporal hierarchical reconciliation algorithms to align disaggregated profiles with ground-truth monthly data, reducing error and enhancing accuracy for downstream anomaly detection models- Engineered robust time-series and weather-sensitive features with explicit handling of data drift, conducted root cause attribution of anomalies, and designed interactive visualization dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders- Collaborated cross-functionally with data engineers and domain experts, led code reviews and model validation sessions, and advocated for scalability through global modeling that improved generalizability across heterogeneous customer cohorts; utilized Python, SQL (BigQuery), and Git for reproducible, production-ready code and data pipelines.
