My mission is to create a culture of engagement and technical innovation within my team which consists of engineers, project managers, sellers and production personnel located across multiple sites. I manage all aspects of the TAG Solutions brand including P&L performance, sales, marketing, project management, recruiting, and L&D functions. I have successfully built relationships with key accounts and facilitated the progress of engineering projects from the opportunity stage to commissioning. I focus on increasing our business through organic growth and future acquisitions.I hold a BS in Electrical Engineering along with an MBA and a PMP certification. These academic achievements enable me to combine technical knowledge, commercial expertise, and leadership skills.
