Professionally established and personally connected throughout the city, Amir boasts an intimate awareness of Charlotte which he has called home since 1990. With degrees in International Business, Marketing, and Finance from UNC-Charlotte, along with 15 years’ experience in real estate, Amir brings to residential and commercial real estate consulting a professional skillset and experience which are uniquely diversified and appropriately pertinent. His meticulous financial analytics, innovative marketing tactics, market knowledge and unmatched business savvy make him skillfully adept in navigating the real estate market when advising investor or owner occupant clients.Born in Iran and moving multiple times as a kid until his family settled in Charlotte when he was 10, the schools attended in Charlotte from Hawthorne to West Charlotte to CPCC and finally UNC-Charlotte were rich in diversity. Later, the Cultural Fusion events he planned and hosted in Charlotte to bring cultures together using music and dance, the globally infused bohemian vacation rental business him and his wife created and operate, and an array of backgrounds in his immediate and extended family all point to the common constants through his life which have been the immersion in and the value of diversity.Amir is committed to growing cultural awareness along with cultivating a sense of community and giving back to the city him and his family call home. For over ten years he has worked as a volunteer coordinator for a weekly project at The Relatives, a local crisis center providing safety and support for youth. Recently completing the Civic Leadership Program offered through the city of Charlotte, Amir is working with a few cohorts from the program to put together a semi-annual incubator/promotional event for local grass root non-profits who could use a boost in making the difference they intend to make in Charlotte. Looking ahead Amir will be searching for more opportunities to be involved in the City, from volunteering, to community initiatives, to city and county boards, in hopes of doing his part and his civic duty in helping ensure that as our beautiful Queen city grows, the opportunities for diversity and inclusion grow with it.
