Clarity was established to help Physicians increase their incomes and profitability without increasing their workloads.We assist physicians, particularly primary care and internal medicine practitioners, to provide Medicare approved Chronic Care Management services to their patients in compliance with all associated \"charge codes\" established by Medicare to reimburse such services. While the Chronic Care Management services have become reimbursable for a number of years now, physicians often do not have the bandwidth or the personnel to take advantage of this recent financial opportunity. However, we are fully equipped to offer the complete spectrum of CCM (and RPM - Remote Physiological Monitoring) services on a physician\'s behalf, to his or her patient population without increasing their work loads in any way. We collect our fees only upon collection from Medicare.Continuing with our services to increase Physicians\' incomes, we have recently agreed to become a non-exclusive distributor of certain placental membranes to successfully treat wounds that do not easily heal otherwise. Medicare has set up a special charge code to reimburse the use of this particular membrane. Because the membrane is very efficacious, there is data to prove that its use can save Medicare a significant amount of money in the long term. Therefore, to encourage the use of this material in the early stages, Medicare is reimbursing its use at a highly enhanced rate, creating a significant revenue opportunity for any physician faced with having to heal such wounds.
