ABOUT AMIRAHVELDA PRIYONO
After holding my Master\'s degree in Asian Art History, I decided to pursue research for art history in politics and war in Southeast Asia. The reason for choosing these specific topics is because they are inseparable in our society. Many dynamics change people\'s perspectives through history to today\'s impact. Artworks as social activism speak louder than words to express their criticism against injustice and play an important role in freedom of expression. By putting historical framework as core research, with photography as my main medium of interest in artistic practice, I am keen to explore my research interest in various approaches for academic purposes.
