With over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities, and project management, I am a workplace transformation expert who helps global organizations align their physical environment with their business goals and strategies. As an Assistant Director at EY, I lead and support multiple projects across the enterprise support services, ranging from capital planning, design and construction, facilities management and operations, to compliance and risk management. I am passionate about creating human-centered and sustainable workplaces that empower people to perform, collaborate, and innovate. I have a Master of Science in Facilities Management from Pratt Institute, and I hold the LEED AP, WELL AP and PMP credentials, as well as a mini MBA in Data Driven Management. I am also a steering committee member and co-chair for the NYC WE Hub, a community of workplace strategists that fosters workplace innovation and research.
