Set and Control budget for services suppliers • Actively participate into continuous improvement projects within the workforce of the Future team (WOTF) • Work on Automation of internal KPIs by using Smartsheets • Negotiate contracts with suppliers up to $5M of budget • Onborad and train suppliers on automated invoicing platform – Fieldglass • Perform periodic audit on supplier’s performance and their FG activities • Create and maintain Job aids for suppliers for best practices of FG and SAP • Create and Maintain good relationship with suppliers and customers • Complete purchasing activities by creating SOW in FG and PO in SAP as per business unit requirements and completeness, seek appropriate authorization, and clearly document the methods of ordering and payment • Input into the day-to-day management of team workloads, prioritization, productivity, troubleshooting and issue resolution, complex conflict resolution • Managing the procurement and services through multiple spend channels. • Negotiate favorable terms to achieve best savings with complete respect to companies policies
