I am an academic, researcher, and leadership development consultant with a strong background in management, entrepreneurship, and organisational behaviour. Holding a Master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship (with Distinction) and a PhD in Leadership and organisational culture development from the University of Dundee, I combine research rigour, strategic insight, and people-centred leadership to foster meaningful and sustainable impact.In my roles as Research and Teaching Assistant and Associate Editor at the University of Dundee, I have led initiatives that enhanced student engagement, improved completion rates, and strengthened academic-community collaboration. My work bridges theory and practice — translating research into actionable strategies that support leadership, inclusion, and organisational learning.Beyond academia, I bring governance and strategic experience as a Board Trustee at Dundee Contemporary Arts, where I provide insight on leadership culture, values alignment, and inclusion in the arts.
