Support and advise ICLA country programs in adopting, piloting, and deploying digital modalities of legal service delivery and ensure that country office initiatives align with and contribute to ICLA digital transformation strategy.Responsible for leading on field research on potential user/client/customer with a focus on accessto technology, product usage, adoption, personas and stress/edge cases.Oversee innovative procurement processes in the ICLA global team as they relate to global digitaltransformation products/product development.Ensuring alignment of products developed by the private sector partners with the ICLA digitaltransformation vision.
