Spread 3 & 4A is a part of TMEP mega project. These spreads are one of the most complicated and challenging pipeline projects with approximately 200 km of 42” and 36” pipeline. As a Project engineer my responsibilities / duties are included but not limited to: • In support of the Pipeline Spread Project Manager, providing direction and oversight between project construction management, project field engineers, surveyors, land and permitting teams and other internal stakeholders to align requirements to ensure on-time construction. • Analyze requirements from project management and construction teams to determine priorities and their requirements. • Coordinate and communicate with other Project functional groups to ensure proper understanding of project construction timelines, requirements, and deliverables. • Communication of status, reporting, issues, and project risks. • Identify project risks/issues and work with the Project Construction Manager to develop contingency plans to mitigate impact on schedule or scope throughout project lifecycle. • Track actions, issues, risks and dependencies associated with land and permits delivery. • Produce readiness reports as required for construction groups and Project Management. • Support the Pipeline Spread Project Manager in meeting key milestone dates and ensure delivery of land and permits in accordance with construction schedule. • Support tracking of all documentation required by Project team, construction team and regulators with regards to land and permitting.
