At the heart of SSIPL's quality commitment is its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, equipped with cutting-edge automation including laser cutting and robotic welding—making SSIPL the first in the sector to adopt such technologies. This facility boasts a 92,000 MTPA capacity, spread across 37,000 sqm of built-up area on a 1 million sq. ft. plot. To meet rising demand and augment service, a second identical facility is underway in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
SSIPL leverages globally sourced equipment for producing built-up, cold-formed, and roll-formed steel sections. To ensure durability and fast delivery, it operates an in-house online painting booth and shot blasting machine.
Construction execution is managed by a dedicated team of 120+ project engineers, prioritizing safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery. A specialized Project Management team ensures seamless client coordination and adherence to quality and timelines.
