Over 10 years of experience as resourceful, problem-solver with broad based involvement in planning, management and coordination of marketing, design team, manufacturing, quality control and customer service in the field of magnetic components and Computer Networking. Hands-on technical expertise in the area of Magnetic design, manufacturing engineering, system design and International Management within the power industry. Proven managerial aptitude, strong written and verbal skills and ability to effectively interact with all level of personnel within an organization. Participative style of management with highly developed analytical and implementation skills. Good team player who also can work well independently. In the past 8+ years I have held positions in both Design Engineering and IT management. I have a great deal of experience in designing custom transformers, inductors and have a broad knowledge of the various UL, IEC, CSA and Military Standards. I have had extensive customer involvement regarding systems and component problem solving to provide the best, lowest cost solutions.
