Supervise and coordinate cashiers, sales associates, and inventory staff during an assigned shift- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions/concerns, handling returns, and resolving issues- Operate cash register to ring up purchases, process payments, give change, and print receipts- Assist customers by locating products, making recommendations, checking prices, and processing money orders or wire transfers- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including counting register drawers, setting alarms, and locking up- Enforce company policies regarding proper cash handling, security, safety, and conduct- Inspect store appearance and presentation. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper signage- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to facilities manager- Model excellent customer service skills for staff and motivate team- Complete daily/weekly paperwork, logs, and reports on operations and incidents.
