HealthEZ is driven by the principles of simplifying the process of accessing and financing healthcare for employers, their employees and the physicians and other providers who treat them. We\'ve established a unique value proposition in the self-funded medical space with a particular focus on the small- and mid-sized business (SMB) market. I recognize the responsibility and trust placed in me as President, and I commit to listening to our clients, brokers, employees, members and community partners to improve our understanding of their needs and expectations. I will respond thoughtfully to what we see, hear and know, so we can change and grow our services in the right ways. We continually explore new and innovative ways to make access to our healthcare services easier, faster and more efficient. In 2020, HealthEZ announced a majority recapitalization from Abry Partners LP, a leading private investment firm focused on investing in and building market-leading middle market businesses. As part of the process, HealthEZ underwent a comprehensive due diligence audit of all policies and procedures across HR, compliance, health plan, financial, legal and IT from industry leaders Alvarez & Marcell, DLA, EY, Grant Thornton, Norton Rose Fulbright and Willis Tower Watson.
