I am an ambitious and adaptable professional with a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and technology. My career began in the healthcare industry, where I developed exceptional communication and problem-solving skills as a retail pharmacy technician at Walgreens. Working closely with customers and healthcare providers taught me the importance of precision, accountability, and trust — values that I carry into every professional setting.After five years in the pharmacy field, I transitioned into a supervisory role in PVC pipe manufacturing, where I gained hands-on leadership experience managing operations and guiding team performance. This position strengthened my ability to lead under pressure, maintain quality standards, and promote collaboration among diverse teams.In addition to my civilian experience, I have proudly served in the United States Air Force as an Aircrew Flight Equipment specialist on active duty. My military experience instilled discipline, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to continuous learning — qualities that align directly with cybersecurity and IT operations.Currently, I am pursuing my goal of becoming an ethical hacker and penetration tester, combining my technical studies with my practical experience in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
