I believe that technological advancement is the great enabler of my generation—reducing friction, removing barriers to entry, and democratizing access to collectively uplift quality-of-life across society. My career has spanned two trajectories:(i) I started in a Labs / R&D environment, focusing on innovation and new first-of-a-kind technology solutions; and (ii) I then became passionate about helping new technologies cross the chasm, spending time in technology transfer, product, and delivery roles—focused on optimally introducing and scaling new technology. I have led across the above in early-stage start-ups, mature Fortune 50 organizations, as well as the \"start-up in a large company\" environment.My strengths:1) Organizational Leadership: I enjoy building multidisciplinary global teams, with a management style focused on growth, enablement and empowerment.2) Hands-on Innovation: I am experienced across the full product lifecycle—R&D, engineering, product management, operations—for both hardware and software products.
