Enya Learning is a literacy lab and educator collective focusing on K-12 students, with a strong focus on newcomer communities. Our hybrid learning ecosystem leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide individualized literacy and numeracy aid and holistic wraparound support to facilitate the accelerate learning for students at varying access levels. Key Features of Enya include- Culturally Relevant Pedagogy: our programs are designed with cultural context to affirm identity, and build belonging to the Canadian identity. It\'s important for us to address the realities of migration and learning loss- Growth Focused Approach: we focus on deep literacy which leads to learner confidence. For long-term growth, we prioritize skill development by measuring consistent effort over test scores- Flexible Community Delivery Models: our programs meet learners where they are; schools, online, or community learning pods offering free or low-cost access through trusted local institutions and Enya Learning- Augmented Human Educators: we believe technology complements education, but it doesn\'t replace human connection. Enya\'s trained educators use our Personalized Adaptive Learning model to tailor instruction and feedback to each learner\'s needs. We believe in the power of collective effort.
